You may also want to use an exfoliating wash, which will break apart dead skin cells, thusly unclogging your pores. You would also be wise to invest in a set of washcloths. Using the same one over and over again isn’t a good idea. You’ll just keep rubbing some of the bacteria on yourself that you just washed off.
Change Your Sheets More Often – Changing your sheets can be a pain, but if you want to get rid of the acne on your back, you have to. When you sleep, oil, dead skin, and sweat rub off on your sheets, where they collect. With that in mind, try changing your sheets twice a week to minimize the accumulation of gross stuff. You don’t want to sleep in your own dead skin, and oils, do you?

Instead, choose a loose-fitting fabric that lets you sweat, and your skin breathe.
